Inside Sales Supervisor Responsibilities and Duties

Maintain and lead Inside Sales team concentrating on individual sales productivity along with meeting quotas, objectives and goals.

Maintain sales and marketing campaigns on inside sales representative level as well as report.

Prepare all relevant reports with respect to inside sales for Director.

Prepare report on monthly sales commissions on scheduled time.

Ensure all assigned ISR territories are appropriate in impact.

Conduct on time yearly performance appraisals for entire sales administer and personnel performance enhancement plans for sales staff with less than adequate performance.

Coach and mentor on daily basis by using written and verbal communication medium.

Interact with prime sales constituent’s everyday.

Gather data, evaluate information and present feedback to Inside Sales Reps for increasing performance, overall productivity and skill sets.

Monitor and oversee weekly team meetings as well as help team activities.

Identify and monitor strengths plus weaknesses of all Inside Sales Reps.

Stimulate Inside Sales Reps as per their individual self-motivational factors.

Interact effectively and conduct effectual sales strategies, tactics along with closing skills.

Ensure to earn true respect of Inside Sales Reps.

Handle all multiple assignments in fast paced atmosphere.
