Perform with Division HR Manager as well as Employment Practices Manager to investigate plus coordinate handling of associate problems.

Maintain positive work atmosphere at store.

Decide on counseling along with termination of associates as required.

Ensure store consists of active Team Depot as well as Wellness programs.
