Travel Assistant Responsibilities and Duties

Assist and support travel agents in their daily tasks.

Provide travel guide and information on tourist spots and historical sites.

Take a guided tour of travelers to the tourist spots and exotic scenic sites.

Provide traveling assistance and guide on contract basis to groups and corporate employees.

Provide guided tours to student travelers on their educational tours.

Prepare and provide travel itinerary to visitors and travelers.

Ensure that visitors and travelers are made comfortable at hotels, motels and resorts.

Perform analysis of travel costs and provide estimates to group or student travels.

Educate travelers and tourists on historical sites and places of interest.

Ensure stimulating exotic experiences to travelers and tourists on their trips.
