Corporate Travel Agent Responsibilities and Duties

Perform as role model to reservations team’s members through demonstrating outstanding service.

Ensure to attain mastery of entire organization reservations systems.

Supervise agent workload as well as ensure to maintain all telephone service standards.

Ensure to receive client calls and reservations as required plus support agents with customers.

Research as well as resolve client concerns along with agent errors on time.

Coordinate entire operational aspects of new business start-up.

Manage confirmation queues as well as review after hour queues everyday for required follow-up.

Assist account management efforts through participating in customer meetings as requested.

Support with customer reporting requests.

Ensure corporate negotiated rental of car, air and hotel are logged into worldspan.

Log and maintain company or client profiles in Worldspan as well as varied online tools.
