Paragraph 1: State why you are writing, why you want to appeal, mention the grounds upon which you are appealing and give the names of the party who you think made the wrong decision in the first place.
Paragraph 2: Go into further detail. Explain the purpose of writing the appeal letter. Include as many facts as possible, including dates, times, names and any facts or rules that can support your case.
Paragraph 3: Conclusion. This section should redress the main issue, and you should include a strong call to action which will make clear what you would like to be done about the situation at hand. You should also ask if there is anything else that you can provide which would benefit your case as a courtesy.
