Paragraph 1: Your first paragraph should state which position you are applying for, and why you think that you are suitable for the job in question. Here you should give two or three brief reasons why you are suitable, and you can expand on this in the next section of the letter.
Paragraph 2: This is the main body of the letter, and it might run to two paragraphs. Here you should expand on the reasons why you should be considered for the post, using examples of your working experience and your qualifications for the post, with the addition of your natural abilities in your specific working area.
Paragraph 3: This should be a conclusion to the letter and a reiteration of your desire to be considered for the post. Thank the reader for their time.
