Develop yearly Medical Staff Development Plan.
Recruit, retain and hire specialty physicians as defined and specified.
Research and participate in conferences, job fairs and varied Physician Recruitment opportunity events.
Develop and participate selected events for physician recruitment.
Ensure to make customary visits to respective physician practices to manage understanding of clinical requirements in community and hospital.
Coordinate all recruitment activities with varied personnel concerned with recruitment.
Monitor budget and perform to keep it within entire monetary guidelines.
Develop and manage advertising for entire recruiting efforts.
Perform as conduit between hiring practices and candidates.
Maintain and manage outstanding communication to assure candidates are not lost.
Ensure to screen plus route applications to apt individuals efficiently and timely manner.
Schedule interviews for physician recruiters and perform screening interviews as applicable.
Conduct tour for all visiting applicants along with spouses if applicable.
Provide information to team associated with new processes as well as upcoming activities.
Participate in all designated meetings as scheduled.
