I am very interested in the position of Home Support Worker with Job Path, Inc.

I grew up in a home where I helped to take care of a family member who needed special care, so I have personal experience working in this type of environment. I understand the special needs of these individuals and I possess the patience and a real desire to help them maintain some of their independence by caring for them in their homes.

I have the ability to help create a relaxing and caring environment for clients that will help to build self-esteem and make them feel good about themselves. I have the physical strength and stamina to help the clients get in and out of bed and to move around within their homes. I can also provide personal care such as helping them shower, use the bathroom and get dressed.

I have great time management skills with the ability to perform light housework and I can prepare meals for the client and help them keep track of their medication. If needed, I can also mow the grass, put out the garbage and run errands.
