I am applying for the position of Piping Engineer with Per S Group, Inc. and I have the experience your company is searching for in an applicant.

While working as a plumber on construction sites, I attended a trade school to become certified as a piping engineer. My training and job experience qualify me for this job. I am familiar with the different types of piping and I know which type is best suited for specific jobs. I have the skills to measure the piping, cut it to size and to make installations.

I have the skills to determine the best routes for the piping and I understand how gravity plays a role in how to route the pipe. I also have the skills to create blueprints and sketches of the installation route. I have the experience needed to lay pipe and to pressure check the pipes to make sure that are secure. I also have experience making repairs and updating existing piping inside facilities.

I have the ability to travel to different job sites and to work the hours required to meet deadlines. I have the physical strength and stamina to perform the duties associated with this position and I always pay close attention to details to avoid making mistakes. I have excellent communication skills, the ability to work as a team and the knowledge and self-motivation to work independently. I can also help teach others skills they have not acquired yet.
