Dear Ms. Howard,

This letter is being submitted in order to apply for the Dental Receptionist position at your dentist office. I know that my personality would be a great fit for any office and I can make even the most terrified patients feel comfortable and secure at Ashland Family Dental office.

I would like to summarize my resume with the following:

•I have been working as a dental receptionist for more than 6 years and I have the ability to greet customers appropriately.

•Answering phones is also a skill that I bring to your dentist office and I can set appointments for those patients who call in or those who need a follow up at the office.

•I also have the knowledge to deal with insurance issues that patients may have and to take cash payments for either full procedures or co-pay deductibles.

A receptionist is the first person that any patient sees when they visit a dentist’s office. I know that I would make a great first impression and that I can make everyone feel welcome when they are patients at Ashland Family Dental.

It would be beneficial to both of us if I could speak to you about the position and what I can bring to the office. I can be reached at (123)-725-4026 or by email [email]
