I would like to apply for a Desktop Support position with your company and this letter is intended to be my introduction to you. I know that my knowledge of software and the ability to explain complex issues in a way that people understand would make me an asset to TSR Consulting.

It is vital that a desktop support specialist keep up to date with any expansions to the software in order to keep clients up to date on the changes.

My best ability is being able to troubleshoot issues that may arise with only a phone call, voice mail or even through online chat.

I know that making sure customers and clients have the ability to work with their software programs is vital to any company. For this reason, I know I would make a positive addition to TSR Consulting.
