A training specialist holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Administration, IT Management, or a field related to the specific company at which they are employed. Time is spent in an HR office, designing and researching training strategies, though the bulk of working hours are spent at different company offices and locations, overseeing the training and orientation of various employees.
