Collaborate with technical leaders and peers sales team to develop business strategy.

Consult Director on serious concerns and issues relating to application resource utilization.
Lead and participate in all phases of application development lifecycle.
Provide maintenance and support to all applications assigned.
Maintain good technical knowledge to provide direction to the development process.
Manage requirements for reports development and create progressive environment.
Ensure that expenses are within budget limits as per company standards.
Ensure implementation of company procedures and policies and act as a medium of communication for company.
Provide means of escalation of issues between departments and project team.
Manage cost and quality improvement activities by implementing new effective processes.
Communicate with the customers regularly and build a strong relationship and manage escalations and provide better customer support services.
