Assist Head Teller in handling teller activities to ensure accurate and prompt customer services.
Manage teller drawers, vault, and change call processes.
Supervise and guide tellers in their job responsibilities.
Identify and rectify teller differences within the predetermined standards.
Develop process improvements for operational efficiency.
Process money orders, ATM transactions, certified checks, penny arcade, and cashier’s checks.
Coordinate with other staffs to implement teller operational standards.
Resolve operational and functional issues related to the Teller line.
Organize teller coaching sessions to enforce discipline and behavioral standards.
Maintain positive, professional and safe working environment.
Submit teller operational reports to the Branch Manager or Head Teller.
Supervise teller operations in the absence of the Head Teller.
Work in the teller window when required.
