Support in development of standardized recipes and plate presentations.

Utilize I.P. system for food and beverage product.

Develop and execute new hire training program for all culinary staff.

Manage daily culinary shift operations and execute banquet culinary.

Inspect and train staff on safety and sanitation standards.

Collaborate with stewarding department on keeping kitchens clean and safe.

Provide technical and administrative assistance to Executive Sous Chef.

Ensure efficient, effective operation of kitchen and food production outlets.

Inspect staffing, uniforms and daily production sheets.

Check production for breakfast, lunch, next day prep and quality of sauces and product.

Train associates on menu items consistently.

Ensure cleanliness, daily specials ad consistent plate presentation on all times prior to pre meal.

Develop and head key management responsibilities through supporting senior.

Perform role of liaison between all departments within culinary division and other hotel departments.
