Field Service Representative Responsibilities and Duties

Provide outstanding field service support to customers.

Schedule service related training for customers and service team.

Ensure company procedures and safety guidelines are followed by customer service representatives.

Address customer issues in a timely manner to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.

Develop and maintain preventive maintenance procedures.

Diagnose and troubleshoot service related issues.

Interact with customers periodically for warranty/service calls, upgrade programs, etc.

Recommend effective changes in sales activities and keep the District Service Manager updated about the same.

Identify key sales opportunities to enhance company revenue.

Develop professional and healthy relationship with clients, management and internal staffs.

Perform administration duties such as preparing time sheets, job status reports, expense sheets, etc.
