Program Associate Responsibilities and Duties

Execute projects and assist Client Development team in relationship management with assigned merchant accounts.

Provide quality service and promptly correspond with assigned accounts to enhance company’s position and reputation.

Coordinate deactivation process for non-performing merchant relationships.

Associate with multiple departments within Card & Retail Services and merchants to ensure smooth wind-down process.

Support diversity and reflect Company brand through promoting related environment.

Utilize IEL database, family websites and direct mailing strategies to coordinate dissemination of project/program publications and products.

Consult teachers on curriculum design, resources and speakers concerning Organization content and pedagogy.

Represent Organization overview in presentations to educators and community groups.

Submit accurate and timely information for sales reports.

Document program activities through weekly summaries of activity in sales database.

Provide assistance in planning and arrangement of conferences, retreats and meetings.

Assist in producing program materials.

Maintain routine correspondence with project funders, partners and other stakeholders.

Develop and maintain monthly newsletter combining programs & parent center information to rise.

Maintain interaction with families through phone calls, newsletter, and mass mailings.
