Provide technical support in planning and executing assigned projects.
Provide guidance to other Process Engineers when required.
Coordinate with manager in determination of project manpower, timelines and budgets.
Plan and coordinate project activities to ensure timely completions.
Serve as technical consultant for management and customers.
Analyze and implement project scope changes in a timely manner.
Develop technical specifications and prepare technical papers and reports for management.
Develop and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure quality and productivity.
Conduct job trainings to new hires when needed.
Stay updated with latest process techniques and technologies.
Assist in risk assessment and mitigation activities.
Provide support in process design, development, validation and commissioning phases.
Review and recommend improvements to existing process engineering principles.
Analyze root causes of process problems and recommend technical solutions.
Perform other administrative tasks as requested by Manager.
