Direct, manage and coach regional sales representatives’ tactical activities.
Facilitate key business and customer relationships management and negotiate potential business opportunities.

Support Global business manager to develop and execute value based pricing.
Handle sales force staffing to ensure timely meeting of company’s short, medium and long term goals.
Translate regional business plan into individual Key Account Manager goals.
Prepare regional annual budget on regional volume allocations, pricing and sales forecasts.
Support quality decisions by giving input to Global Business Manager on product complexity vs. cost.
Supervise quarterly regional netbacks to stay within agreed affiliate netbacks.
Review regional performance against targets, objectives and KPIs and enhance performance.
Suggest discounts and incentives.
Represent SBU at conferences and external forums on responsibility areas.
Manage personal business expenses within region.
Ensure net revenue growth and retention focusing on new business.
Establish Insurance industry’s key contact relationships.
