Strategize business plans for assigned accounts to deliver maximum potential volume and profitability.
Support execution of efforts to enhance market share, sales and volume for assigned merchant.
Maximize assigned merchant profitability factors to include fees, sales volume and yield.
Review merchant issues with manager to gain direction or agreement with suggested sales action.
Develop and implement training courses on new products’ introduction for maximizing sales force effectiveness.
Determine sales volume and profitability trends and problems by store location.
Ensure operational risk controls and compliance as per regulatory standards and optimize regulators relations to address issues.
Support diversity and reflect Company brand by encouraging environment.
Implement internal and external audit points with external regulators issues by maintaining Organization internal control standards.
