Sales Support Coordinator Responsibilities and Duties

Administers sale support projects, programs and processes specific to business unit.

Ensure to route client and potential customer calls, web leads, e-mails and faxes to suitable member of sales team for action to focus on customer’s needs.

Assist marketing activities inclusive of client events and mailing.

Execute tasks to handle or route responses to apt activities.

Support sales team for final format check of presentation of standard documentation, customer proposals and quotations.

Ensure to reconcile sales teams billing as well as balances

Develop and maintain relations with sales team and invoicing finance along with billing request.

Ensure all invoicing are completed with accuracy.

Assist Regional Sales Director to schedule, coordinate conference calls, region meetings, webinars and special events.

Research and collect information for market analysis, RFP’s and prospective opportunities.

Ensure all marketing material including brochures, labels and mailing lists are accurate and accessible.

Maintain and update sales pipeline, lead referral list and lead information of award program.

Assist front desk receptionist area.

Schedule appointments, team meetings, equipment and meeting rooms etc.
