Recruit, supervise and train diversified personnel for Moderation team and assist them in resolving community conflicts.
Follow an open policy to keep company and community informed.
Track community matters and prepare regular reports.
Coordinate with community on resolving conflicts and providing links.
Ensure all engagements and events are attended to.
Sponsor the community by acknowledging feedback and resolving queries.
Improve product quality in coordination with Community Manager to make it user-friendly.
Interpret and enforce daily guidelines, and assist in decision making.
Coordinate with partners to prepare and execute educational and social programs for community.
