Collaborate with legal, finance and HR teams to communicate materials, compliance, grant process and management reports.
Ensure to process new grants as well as varied transactions with strong know-how of accounting, legal and tax implications.
Administer semi-yearly organization enrollments and purchases.
Develop quarterly organizational disqualified disposition reports along with year-end tax statements.
Respond to all executive plus employee queries pertinent to company stock plans.
Perform to enhance efficiencies, processes and accuracy of data.
Perform with large data sets, audits, reconciliations, v-lookups, data edits and complex calculations.
Administer and execute domestic as well as international equity programs.
Ensure compliance with federal, state and foreign regulations along with securities laws.
Manage relations with all third-party administrator as well as captive broker.
Collaborate with SOX, Finance, Payroll, Legal and Human Resources on entire stock reporting requirements.
Head responsibility to prepare semi-monthly grant files for all new equity grants.
