I am writing to apply for the Data Assistant position available with Career Connections, Inc.

I have a bachelor’s degree in computer science and extensive knowledge of Windows, OSX and Linux operating systems. I have experience performing administrative duties such as answering phones, greeting customers and maintaining accurate records. I also have experience preparing reports, updating data and implementing new technology.

I have extensive knowledge of MS Word, Access, Excel and a variety of other programs. I have excellent verbal and writing skills with the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner. I have the knowledge and ability to assist the manager with the daily activities by organizing and prioritizing the workload. I also have the ability to keep the manager updated on any new developments and to assist in supervising the staff to keep operations running smoothly.

I have outstanding customer service skills with the ability to help build strong relationships between the company and its clients. I possess very strong organizational, problem-solving and multitasking skills. I am team oriented with the ability to support and motivate the rest of the team but I am also self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
