I have a degree in hotel management and three years of experience working as an assistant manager. I have outstanding leadership skills with the ability to oversee the staff and to keep operations running smoothly. I believe in being a hands-on manager and assisting the staff where and when needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

I have the experience needed to perform administrative duties such as creating schedules and keeping all paperwork in order. I will manage all aspects of daily operations to ensure the guests have the best experience possible, which will result in repeat business. I also have the ability to train the staff and I am always available to resolve conflicts and solve any issues the guests may have.

I have the training and skills to provide daily activities for the guests that will keep them entertained and happy while visiting the facility. I also have the ability to implement ways for the guests to leave feedback about what they liked the most or did not like about their stay. I can then use this information to make changes that will enhance service in the future.
