Process new member and member renewal payments.

Process address changes or bad addresses.

Reply to member hotline, support developing relationships with members and attend requests.

Address customer enquiries through email and telephone within 24 hours.

Support administrative duties of membership committee.

Handle consistent attendance, supervise and cooperate with coworkers.

Manage member files to ensure completeness.

Track Membership Classification upgrades.
