I have a bachelor’s degree in communication and I possess exceptional verbal, writing, reading and listening skills. The key to providing excellent customer service is listening to what the clients are saying. This is the only way to provide the appropriate action needed to take care of the problems or to provide the information clients are requesting.
I have a general knowledge of this industry with the ability to learn about your company and the products and services you provide in a fast and efficient manner. I have the ability to help clients in person, by phone, email or live chat, whichever method is required. I can answer questions, provide support or simply offer information about the services your company renders.

I believe in showing all clients respect regardless of their reason for contacting the company and in doing everything possible to ensure the client is satisfied by the end of the conversation.
In addition to taking care of clients inquires, I also have the ability to generate sales leads, up sell products and I can help clients make decisions about which products or services would suit them the best, based on their particular needs.
